SmartKem has built up substantial know-how in the design and construction of Organic TFT's. The company is able to produce its own TFT's using combinations of photolithography, printing and coating methods. More importantly the OTFT's have been produced on flexible plastic substrates such as PET and PEN demonstrating the possibility of high performance, low cost, flexible and printable eReader and OLED displays.
